Payment method
You can choose payment from Bank transfer, Cash, or PayPal.
Package fees, set forth in the price list, must be prepaid and are nonrefundable. Each lesson package may only be used by the person who purchased it. All lessons in each package must be completed within the time set forth in the price list, calculated from the date of the first lesson, with the exception of the 1-lesson package, which may be completed at a time arranged with the tutor at the time of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact the tutor 24 hour advance for cancellation or change of schedule.
A 1 lesson ticket will expire for cancellation of less than 24 hours, schedule change, or No show.
In case of an emergency like your kid’s sickness, please contact the tutor 2 hours in advance, we will reschedule for free.
